Gift Shop Return, Refund Policy
Due to the nature of most of the items in my shop being customized and personalized for each buyer/recipient, returns and exchanges are not allowed.
*The only time an exception will be made is if there is an error made on my part with spelling and or personalization, that I have done inaccurately (this will not be accepted if customer submits in accurate spelling, personalization or shipping information.)
If in fact the error is my fault then you will have 48 hours after delivery to contact AlternativeBabyCakes and will be given the option to return the item at my cost and refund or exchange for corrected product with personalization.

Each item I make is designed, hand-made and handcrafted by me. Most items processing times are 1-3 business days crafted and shipped by usps first class (3-5 days to delivery) or priority class (2-4 days to delivery)mail .
**my money cakes will take up to 7 business days to process and shipped by usps priority mail (2-4 business days to delivery) with signature confirmation.
